Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced temporary Administrative Assistant/Compliance professional to join their financial client's team in Hartford County Connecticut. The role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with various administrative tasks. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the compliance department.
  • Maintain and organize compliance documents and records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to compliance activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for compliance officers.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned to assist with compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance compliance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits:

Competitive salary with a pay range of $27 - $28 per hour
